Beer, Brandy, Bong… Really!

Dec 8, 2014

Hey, I’m not one to judge… to each their own. When VinniBag was introduced, wine was the hot property and people were trying to figure out ways to transport a nice Pinot from Napa to Naples. But since Vinni hit the market travelers have found it to be invaluable for taking stuff with them on the road that they could never manage before. Here are a few (just a few) examples:

Laura loves Tequila! She peruses the back country of Jalisco looking for that special fermentation, something that can only be found in one place on earth. Laura had destroyed a couple of cashmere sweaters when she discovered the VinniBag versatile travel bag, and it wasn’t the loss of her sweaters she was upset about. Now she can bring her treasured Agave Tequila back home to share with her friends. Laura’s friends love that!

Carl hurt his back playing football at Rutgers. Now, as a national sales manager, Carl spends a lot of time on airplanes and the seats really aggravate his old injury. He found that he could load a little ice into his VinniBag (the flight attendants seem to have plenty) and the chilled lumbar support could get him to his destination without having to take pain-killers. His other Vinni rides in his checked bag with a bottle of Maker’s Mark, which he can enjoy at the end of the day – since he didn’t have it take the pain-killers.

Last Christmas we were contacted by Shirley about an unusual challenge. She needed to transport an heirloom ornament from North Carolina to California. This ornament is the only one of its kind and truly priceless (sends a chill through me just thinking about it again) and she chose VinniBag to guard it from getting smashed along the way. As it turns out, it proved to be an unremarkable trip for the ornament, and Shirley was thrilled.

I could go on, but I think you get my point. When we introduced a bag that could carry anything that might break or leak, travellers put it to the test! It turns out that VinniBag gets used to carry everything from perfume to betadine, wet bating suits to camera lenses and serves as bath pillow, lumbar support and dirty sock receptacle. It’s also a favourite for kayakers and boaters who don’t want their cell phones & keys to drown (it floats). As for carrying a bong along on your trip ;o) … whatever blows up your skirt. Anything that is 4 inches or less in diameter and under 14 inches tall will fit in nicely. The perfect size for that special IPA!
